2020.  That about says it all.

At first, it wasn’t entirely terrible. I planted some peonies.  I baked a batch of cheddar biscuits. The dogs and I clocked 44-mile weeks - 14 weeks in a row.

Then my idle brain said: “Enough. Time to get to work.”

I scanned my home for a closet to edit, a drawer to organize, a desk to clear. Nothing. My fanatical need for oder had officially become my nemesis.

Then the phone rang.

A friend and longtime client of Kelley O’Brien Events client - was in tears. Four kids at home. A house bursting at the seams. Car keys perpetually missing (likely under a stack of mail, a sofa cushion, or mysteriously relocated by one of the children).

 A lightbulb moment.

What started as helping a friend quickly became something much bigger. Closet + Home Curation was born - bringing calm, clarity and beautifully functional order to homes when it needed it was need most.
